Every Day With LIMITED Time, Space And Equipment...

Have you ever felt like you're working really hard EVERY DAY and yet you aren't seeing the improvement you want?

This is exactly how I used to feel, I experienced this feeling both as a coach AND as a player myself! As a coach I was working with some great youth players through West Ham United and also their foundation teams. Every day I would aim to learn from the coaches around me and most importantly, help improve the players I worked with!

At all levels I would always see players that would remind me of my youth career. They would train with different teams and academies and circulate amongst the local ones. I was always one of the quieter ones in the squad. I had plenty of talent but lacked the confidence in myself to push myself and stand out amongst others.

I noticed how these players wouldn't always receive as much attention from the coaches and often would struggle to develop as well as others within the group training sessions and occasionally get dropped from the squads. This motivated me to find a way to support these players and allow them to build confidence in themselves! If I could achieve this as well as help them continue progressing their overall game, I knew these players could very quickly go from the outskirts of a squad to one of the key players within their teams.

This lead me to 1-2-1 and Small Group Coaching! However, after watching many other coaches lead these types of sessions, I quickly realised that a large majority of the sessions were very unrealistic and would be difficult for a player to transfer in to their matchday...

After years of studying and building experience I created OTW Coaching. Since then we have worked with over 50 clients on a weekly basis. These players have seen HUGE improvements in their matchday performances, all achieved through our unique match realistic training methods. But we wasn't done there, we decided that we wanted to expand to no longer just help players within our local community.

In 2023 we reached over 20,000 people with our content and in 2024 we have created some online products to further help as many players as possible. Are you ready to support your child in their football journey?

NOW is the time to get started!
